Bomar Nibo Front Trapezoidal Hatch - need hatch dog (starboard side)

The replacement Bomar hatch dog (with the grey slider lock) for their 87' era hatch does not latch to the aluminum hatch frame.  I guess a picture is worth a 1000s words here.  Does anyone have a source (new or used) for what appears to be a NLA hatch dog?  The folks at C Direct are working on this as well, but no luck so far.  Hoping somebody here has a used one for sale.
Thanks

I have the same dogs on my 1987 Mark 1 and I noticed that on yours the grey vertical piece should be up higher to act as a brake.  I can't remember how the outside piece connects to the inside handle, but it looks like the screw may be too long.  In my pictures ,see how the grey vertical piece is up higher than yours.  Or, does the inner and outer pieces fit into matching grooves and they are misaligned (like a key slot)?  I hope that last part makes sense.

Ralph did you call Pompanette?  They have been pretty helpful in the past.

Brent,

I'm not having a problem with my hatch dogs, it is the person that started the thread.  I sent him pictures of my dogs so that my explanation would make sense.

Thanks

Ralph,
Thanks for the pictures.  I learned about removing the white spacers (washers) to lower the handle to the base (need a shorter screw as well) so the dog looks closer to your configuration.  However, the issue here is the female part (the part bolted to the hatch) would also need to be shaved about 3/16". Then the mount for the rod that holds the latch up needs to be cut down, the holes for the rod pin need to be redrilled and the grey locking tab needs to be cut down about 5/16".  I will probably use 5/16" square aluminum to shim the strike plate. I can polish and BJ it to the aluminum hatch frame to look factory. Thinking this would be the easier and cleaner approach.
Last call!! I'll PayPal someone $40 if you have the old style starboard side hatch dog laying around.
BTW - talked to the reps at Pompanette at the Annapolis Boat show yesterday.  They did not know of a solution.
