Bill, as you know, in our part of the world we tend to use our boats as trawlers rather than being wind propelled for much of the good weather months. But when we GET wind, it can be pretty glorious.
My all time speed record on High Flight was in Puget Sound one 20 knots day, with a reef in the main providing the balance, and my stock 135 (not reefed) providing the real power. 8.1 knots with an accurate knot meter. I have a brand new 150 still in the original bag that I'm waiting to install someday when I think the factory 135 has been run to the ground, but frankly I don't expect any more speed out of it than I got with the 135.
There are some racers on the Forum here that can offer more authoritative recommendations, I'm sure.

Thank you Larry. From every thing I have read I think I will go with the 135. I do not race ,and feel it should work

My boat came with a 140 genoa and a high cut clew when I bought it. Initially, I wasn't crazy about the high cut clew, but have found over the years it has some advantages. You don't need to adjust the jib car position when reaching, it seems to hold steady when sailing wing-on-wing without a pole, and still goes to weather in reasonable fashion. I've added a 150 genoa for racing which has made us more competitive, but I don't think I'll get rid of the high clew jib for cruising.

The 135 is a good general sail but not so good off the wind especially in light winds. I don't race and would likely put an asymetrical with a top down furler rather than a 150 or 155.
Friend has an asym on his 350 and it works really well.
