Here's a very small thing that can be very annoying.

I went to fill my water tanks and the screw holding the chain to the cap had fallen off. If I hadn't been going slowly I could have dropped the cap over the side which would have really been a pain. The chain stayed attached in the input tube so I could fish it out.

Recommend in a spare moment you take a screw driver and check your caps.
