I just got my Tech Notes CD and wanted to take the opportunity to let anyone out there considering joining the Catalina 36 International Association know that the Tech Notes CD is an incredible resource. I'm a Mac guy and was worried all the info would be in a format that required me to use another machine or have other software installed on my Macbook Pro. Not to worry, the files are all .pdf's and I can open them, no problem.
If you've recently become a C36 owner, you really need this disk. There is a ton of reference material including owners manuals for many of your major systems and years worth of maintenance and upgrade articles from Mainsheet. Even if you have most of the manuals on board your boat, having a set of manuals handy at home for reference is a great effort saver.
Kudo's to all that have played a part in creating and compiling this info in an easy to use format.

Bill,
Thank you for your kind words. The Tech Notes CD has been my baby, and I've spent just a few hours compiling it over the years. For those who are not familiar with it, it is sent our FREE to all new and renewing three year memberships in C36IA. It contains all of the Mainsheet Tech Notes (back to 1984), plus a ton of other stuff. It's all indexed and searchable. I'm glad you appreciate it!
