My wife and I spent a day at the Seattle boat show and had the opportunity to sit in on two seminars presented by Larry Brandt. The first: "Going Outside: From the Columbia River to the Salish Sea, and Back" shared a good deal of local and practical knowledge based on Larry's considerable personal experience.
The second was titled:"Intro to Marine Radar" was an excellent introductory presentation on basic information, and primary settings for effective use of marine radar.
Both presentations were well attended and quite informative. Great job Larry!

Aw shucks, Paul.
Thanks for the compliment. I really enjoyed meeting a fellow C36IA'er there. I wish we'd had time to talk, but that was a busy day for both of us. Any C36IA'ers going to the Seattle Boat Show in January of NEXT year should let me know a week or so in advance so that we can get together.
