has anyone ever replaced the galley sink? I would like to, but not sure what is involved.
Thanks for your thoughts!

I have a spanking new sink from Catalina which I am going to be putting in my boat, but it's a MK I so will no doubt be different than your installation.

I met a skipper this past weekend who replaced his, from Catalina Direct, it, too was a Mark I, seems to be an easier "drop in" since the lip is above the countertop, but, heck, they can build 'em, so they oughta be fixable.

My MK I sink is undermounted and is actually set onto the liner with the countertop layed on top, so I'm going to have to cut the sink out. Luckily, the replacement sink is a drop in. I have not yet summoned the courage to start cutting out the old sink.
