Portland Pudgy dinghy

Just read a review of the Portland Pudgy dinghy in Sail Magazine. Looks like a cool little boat. It also looks short enough to be mounted on the transom of our boats verticly. Has anyone here had any experience with this boat?

Here is some more info if you have not seen. There is a video in here discussing the dingy features and benefits. I have looked at this boat and usually walk away with the thought that it is rather bulky. Other than that it appears to be a great idea.
