New SS Handrail Source?

I got the boat off the beach with the high tide from Irma/Katia 2 weeks ago!  As suggested I kept a strain on it, pumped the tanks, and with the high tide it barely squeaked off.. and it floats!  Now for repairs.
I need a new ss handrail just above windows.  Are these available?  5 loops, 6 attachment points, about 108 inches long.  Everything else I've found.  Thanks!!  Dwain
