We have a Catalina 36 1989 We just purchased and we were on our way down from NC to Florida and the engine lost a cylinder and is not fixable. We need to find an Rebuilt engine or newer engine, or new engine value priced in good condition asap as we are currently stranded in NC . Any suggestions or help would be appreciated?
My friend has a running engine out of a catalina 30. Not new or rebuilt that I know of. I think it is the 21 hp that cat 36 mk 1 uses.
