Just returned recently from chartering (a Jeanneau 39 - wouldn't trade our Cat36!!!), in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Amazing trip!!
Anyway, thought maybe some of you Florida members (or other experienced tropical-types) might be able to I.D. this fish. I presume it is some sort of sword-fish?, (but usually the lower jaw is shorter than the upper?)
In any event we released it because it was too small and too nice-looking... :)

That looks like a houndfish to me. They live on the surface and eat things like flying fish.
