Cutlass Bearing Removal Tool

Looking to borrow the cutlass bearing removal tool, posted a request a couple of days ago with no answer yet, maybe Tom is on the high seas.
Is anyone backing him up if he's away? Can't find his e-mail address on the members list.
Don't know if it's even possible but I'm in a bit of a hurry to replace the prop and bearing, expecting shipment of bearing and prop from Catalina Direct any day now; the shaft vibration when I'm in gear is so bad I don't want to risk the four hours round trip down and up the Fraser River. I knew this replacement needed to be done soon due to the uneven electrolosis damage to the old two blade prop but I thought I'd be able to wait till fall.
Poor me, high and dry.....
Anyone have Tom's contact info?

James,

If you are already on the hard, have your tried removing the prop yet? I say that because I borrowed the cutless bearing tool this spring and couldn't use it. Nothing we did in my short time window let me get the prop off.

So, if it is practical, make sure you can get the prop off before you worry about the cutless bearing.

Good luck!

Thanks Duane.
the boatyard has a prop puller I can use, so I'm thinking it should come off without a hitch (famous last words).
