I removed the holding tank, and after cleaning the black oil, mold or sewage (not sure what it was) I noticed a crack or delamination of the fiberglass. I will get a pic soon but it looks like the top layer of glass is strained and is pulling away. Has anyone seen anything like this? It looks like it may have been there when they put the tank in and since you couldn't see it anyway...
I was glad to know the hull is solid laminate.
I will fix it so it doesn't spread or get worse, just wondering if it is common?

I suspect it is what they call tabbing which you may find elsewhere on the boat. Usually where they attach a structual member to the hull to contain a tank or a crossmember.
