We just made an offer on a 2012 Catalina 36. It said Mark II on the Hull but the Broker keeps refering to it as a 360. Are they one in the same or different?
thanks!

Steve,
I hate to burst your bubble, but there is no such animal. The last C36 was made in Woodland Hills, CA in November 2007. It was hull #2305 and officially a 2008 model (Catalina begins their model year on July 1st). After that hull, the mold was shipped to the Largo, FL plant, but no further C36's were produced. I was fortunate to be the Commodore of C36IA at the time, and when the officers visited the factory in Woodland Hills, Gerry Douglas was kind enough to give us a complete tour of the facility, including #2305. If you look in the photo section of this website, you can see pictures of the tour. There is no such thing as a C360. You might want to consider a broker who knows more about Catalina Yachts.

Whoops,
big typo, I meant 2002, thank you for your response!, That is exactly what I was thinking that Catalina never made a C360. I corrected him a couple of times but he insisted on writing Catalina 360 on the purchase offer.
