I'm new here.  
We are shopping for a Catalina 36 in the under $40k range.
I know about every 36 for sale from Canada to Mexico along the Pacific coast posted on Yachtworld, Sailboatlistings, Popyachts, Ebay and Craigslist.
Lots of real tired projects for sale.
Does anyone know of an upcoming 36 for sale in California? Preferably SF Bay area?
Any leads would be appreciated.
