My wife and I plan to be at the Annapolis Boat Show. We had planned to be in Annapolis ahead of the boat show on our C36 on our trip south to the Bahamas this winter. Currently, we are waiting out for better weather on the lower Hudson to sail down off the coast of New Jersey. Had planned to be at the show on Thursday, but Sunday maybe more likely at this point, assuming the swells are not too bad and the wind cooperates on Tuesday and Wednesday this coming week.

As of Thursday morning:
My Thursday plans changed so I will now plan to be at the show only on Sunday, since that is when most of you plan to be there too.
I can plan to be at the Catalina tent 2 pm-2:30 pm, so drop by and we can figure it out from there.
My spouse and I may plan to grab a bite to eat over at McGarvey's (our favorite pub located a block from boat show gates) at some point, so those interested would be welcome to join us. I guess that will depend on crowds!
I will make frequent checks of my email and cell, so keep me updated on your plans/status that day and I hope to meet all of you.

So this post is a year old, but I'll reply anyhow ... We walked around Thursday (2016), Our first boat show as a couple. It's like walking through Disneyworld for a 5 year old! All those cool things for only a few boat bucks (defined as $1,000)! My wife holds my credit card, so I've managed to acquire some new sail ties, a T-shirt, and a whole bunch of free brochures. Prices are ok, but the same ad Defender or Landfall, and I don't have to squeeze a new electric head into the carry on bag!
