Has anyone replaced this accordion door? Any suggestions or examples of what to replace this accordian sliding door with? Mine is a real pain. We got the boat I removed the TV, but the door is so difficult to slide that we are missing good storage space. Thanks

I got rid of the piece of crap all together. The big project was making the jig to make the louvered doors.

Tom mine doesn't look as good as Niles. I found on the web someone that supplied these. It wasn't a marine place it was a furniture place. Wish I remembered the name. I had to cut them to size which was not a big deal and fit them in. I think I had to loosen the cabinet top to get it right. I varnished them and put some form of lubricant on the tracks. They have worked and looked great for years.

Glad to hear others with the same opinion of that door. My real problem is the the entrance is caddy corner on top of those drawers and the edge molding prevents regular swinging doors.
Thanks

I found that these are called Tambour doors. I googled and found several sources including Amazon. Ours is toast so I will try to replace it and report the results here. Thanks for every ones comments, it helped to track down a DIY solution. I plan to call Catalina to check price, that may be the best way to go, did not see one offered on Catalina Direct
