5 week cruise in company

G'day all,
I thought some members would be interested in looking at the details of a major cruising event in my home State of Tasmania. Tassie is an island off the Southern coast of Australia and has a great maritime heritage. Starting on 13 February is a 42 fleet cruise to circumnavigate the State. It is a leisurely 5 week trip. All the details are on the following website.

If anyone is interested I can provide some highlights as we cruise in this interesting part of the world.
cheers

Kerry this sounds amazing! I would love to hear about the highlights.

As you can see from my sig., I'm based in Seattle -- but right now I'm spending quite a lot of time "down under" on business. Melbourne, mainly, but I get weekend trips to Hobart, Sydney, etc. Definitely enjoying your summer, and happy to hear that at least a few C36s have made it this far from California!

David and others,
Just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable 800 mile cruise around Tasmania.

Tasmania is renowned for its wilderness and on the cruise we were lucky enough to go where it is almost impossible to reach other than by boat.

I am not sufficiently skilled in writing to attempt a narrative, but have a few photos that might give a flavour of what we experienced. Will figure out how to compress them sufficiently to post and do so soon.

My email address is boden.kerry@gmail
if anyone wants to get in touch.

cheers

I'm guessing it's a size issue Kerry, they can only be a maximum of 390 Kb for jpg's. The maximum sizes show up on the form that pops up when you click the "Manage Attchments" link.
