Hi there,
Need to replace the four injectors of my Universal M35. I have Eureka II, since new back in 1991, engine around 3.800 h, only issues, Sherwood row water pump, leaking, Finally replaced by a JMP pump, full bronze body and problem solved!
The other issue was the Hurth transmission, I'm on my 3rd one! Now ZF10.
Well, the M35 starts to have some grey/black smoke on the exhaust, consumption has also rise, and the stern of the boat starts to have some black signs on her.
According to the technician, as there is no oil or water consumption, injectors are pointed. I now it can be rebuilt, but considering the hours needed to dismount/mount ship to the workshop for repairs, etc, I'm wondering if it will not be simple just replaced for new ones.
So, I now there is a Universal/Kubota ref equivalent, but honestly I'm unable to find the right Kubota reference I should be asking for. I have a Kubota dealer not far away but he is asking for the reference, and will not admit changes as he has to order too...
So please, anybody will so kind to provide the injector Kubota reference?
Might be there is other aftermarket brand that manufactures also the same injectors...?

Eladio, I have hull number 1120 and I just had my injectors serviced in the spring. The shop said that two were pretty clogged up and one more was getting there. She has been running well, but I did have to adjust the rocker arms (easy job with a very thin valve clearance gauge) afterwards as one cylinder was not fully closing and unused/burned fuel was coming out the exhaust (white smoke). I'm attaching the correct manuals for servicing and parts for the M35 (NOT the M35B). Good luck, Kevin

The Universal part number for the injectors is 302475.
I'm attaching another 'cheat sheet' with the number for the Kubota engine block and tractor type that Kubota dealers need for parts references.

I got injectors for my M-35 from Messicks. You need part 010 (injector) and 020 (crush washer) from this diagram for the B9200 tractor which uses the same V1200 block as the M35:
