Enrique,
I'm have the same issue. I sent an email to the membership coordinator (Cyndi) a week or two ago and never heard back. Now I'm told my subscription has been canceled , yet I'm still able to reply to you. When I went to renew- the status said  "pending" for a couple weeks but was never changed to  confirmed. Something's broken in the website.

I did the same thing.  I also tried the exit survey.  It also doesn't work.

I just sent an email to Eric (Webmaster) and Cyndi (Member Subscriptions). Hopefully the glitch can be fixed. In the meantime, I still have access.

Hi Enrique,

I've reset the pending status and cleared your shopping cart so you should be able to try renewing your membership again. I did the same for Paul and it appears he was able to renew afterwards.

I've not been able to recreate the issue to find out why this happens sometimes. If anyone that this happens to can recall what exact steps they took or any other strange behavior of the website please let me know.

Thanks Eric.
I tried updating my account address at the same time I was renewing my subscription. Maybe that had something to to do with placing me in the category of "infinite pending". I originally created my account with a former address that I lived at and then changed it after we moved so the magazine would ship correctly. But,  my account info  still shows the old address (However the magazine ships to the correct new address). Perhaps the renewal glitch occurred because the credit card billing address and the ship to mail to address were different? I will again try to update the  address shown in my account.
