Heat Exchanger End Cap Gaskets

Hi All,

I just re-conditioned the heat exchanger on my 1999 Catalina MK II. The engine is a Westerbeke M35BC but unfortunately, the original end cap gaskets, though still serviceable, really need to be replaced.  Does anyone know where I might find these.  They're 3" diameter and for an unknown reason (for me) different colors.  They are also molded with chamber separating embossments (see photos).

Let me know, and thanks.  :)

I just did that. Visit here

new caps and gasket from 3rd party is available and comes with 3/8" stainless steel screw, I used the original bronz screw. The new gasket does not need the "O" ring.

Is another good source for Universal/Westerbeke parts.

I got one for my heat exchanger here:

The o-ring goes inside.  This is important as mine was outside and the cap dezincified because it was not protected by the engine zinc, which is why I needed a new one.
