We are having some restless sleeps with the standard foam plus 1.5 inches of memory foam in our V berth.

Any suggestions short of 2000.00 for a proper V Mattress?
thanks

A number of years ago, we went with Tufted Topper, a quilted mattress pad. They will send you a large sheet of paper to mark out a pattern. You send it back and they send you a custom shapes pad. Very comfortable. If you send them new sheets, they will shape them for the c berth too. I have not searched on line for them but they used to advertise in the Mainsheet.

Tuffed Topper is no longer in business, the lady who ran the business retired. We do like ours.

Froli system offered by Catalina direct is a good option. Just a thought.

We had the Tuffed Topper in our 1995 but the thing that really made the difference was the 4" memory foam. Consider a thicker memory foam. Our was so comfy!

We use natural latex mattresses at home. If I was going to spend a sizable amount of money to replace the v-berth mattress I'd definitely look into this as an option. They can be cut to fit, will last a very long time and don't off gas like memory foam and similar synthetic materials.
