The valves for my stern shower need to be replaced. Catalina Direct indicates these valves were discontinued in 2004 and recommends replacing the entire unit. I am not local to the boat so can't easily get the dimensions. Does anyone know the dimensions of the stern shower unit for an early MKII?

If yours ate the same as mine, there is nothing special about the valves. You can remove the plungers and replace the worn out "O" rings. If you would like to replace the entire valve, the standard distance between the valves are 4". You can verify this by visiting neatest hardware store and measure the distance of the vanity sink valve holes.
