There are several postings under "fridge" you might want to review.

Before the addition, here are a few questions you want to ask:

• Why do I really need extra cold storage?
• Will you be cruising and anchoring a lot?
• AC,  DC or combo?
• Do you have adequate charging/battery capacity if away from shore power?
• Will the location allow access when under way and heeled over?  If there's an opening door, it should be athwartships to avoid spilling the contents.
