I am considering a new Garmin wireless wind speed/direction indicator. Garmin suggest that the wireless mast head device is for mast 50 ft. or less.
Does anyone know the mast height of the Catalina 36 MK1 with the tall rig? Any opinion on the wireless wind/speed indicator from Garmin?

The length of the mast is 52' 2" from end to end.
