Shower Problems

The aft wall in our head is starting to delaminate along the bottom and is becoming a problem when showering. Is there a way to repair this without tearing the whole wall out? Would something like a bathtub reglazing work on that wall along the bottom?

Thanks,
Jim

Years ago on my Catalina 30 I did remove the panel, but it might be possible to drill a series of holes (not through) and with a syringe inject epoxy. That is what I did back then and than I had a piece of teak that I used like a mop board to hide the holes.
