The flip out drawer under the galley sink is installed with a piano hinge. mine came loose as the screws used were too small and pulled through. Now here is the problem. With the draw out and flipped forward you can reinstall the screws in the hinge but the back of the draw then won't rotate through the opening.. With the drawer in place and rotated to the maximum opening it will allow the hinge is not open enough to access the screws. Anybody got any ideas how they installed this in the first place.seems to be a frame issue so removing the whole unit/frame does not appear to get me any better access.

If I recall correctly, the tilt out drawer on my boat has a snap in latch that holds the drawer closed. If you remove the latch from the frame above the drawer, it will then tilt all the way out and you can remove the hinge.

I have the draw out and the latch removed. When I reconnect the hinge with the drawer all the way out it doesn't clear to rotate back in.

Are your new screws protruding and blocking somehow? If they have larger heads than the originals they may not fit in the hinge's countersinks .... My Mk. 1 has cabinet hinges for that drawer.

The back of the drawer hits the frame before it gets any where near the hinge screws. I have the lach out. I may have to try the cabinent hinges.
