2000 MKII Cockpit Speaker recommendations?

One of my 4.5" pioneers that are mounted on the front of the lazarette door in the cockpit is dying. Any suggestions on some great sounding cockpit speakers?

I do not want to cut or move, the mounting is actually perfect, just wanted to put a nice speaker in.

I'm not sure how 'standard' the speaker and hole sizes are, but I happened to find perfect replacements for mine at West Marine of all places and the price was actually quite fair...
