Just did not want you to think no one was listening. I would appear that there is not much feedback to your question. I checked the net and found several questions posted related to Kelly Hansen Sails, there were a fair number from Catalina 27 owners with no clear consensus.

Many vendors are selling sails made from offshore lofts where there is cheap labor. Price is certainly a driver but I would recomend that you get the sail from someone that can support you localy. If the sail need adjustment you may pay you savings in freight sending it back an forth from the vendor.

One of many assets we have with our boat is they made about a bazilion of them so there are lots of vendors to choose from that have probably figured out how to build a productsfor our boats, sails included.
