Like to introduce myself.

I am a previous owner of a 1986 c-36 tall rig that we bought in San Diego, had shipped to Portland Oregon and sailed her there for about 5 years before selling her.

I have owned many. many sail boats over the years starting with the little Sabot, litto 14, hobbie cats, cal 25, victory 21, Newport 30, hunter 34 and our c-36.

I just put an offer in and got it excepted on a 1985 c-36 in San Pedro, Ca and really am looking forward to going sailing once again.

Bob, welcome back to the family.

Are you still in the Pacific Northwest, are you going to truck the boat up the coast or make a salty adventure of it?

We are going to injoy s cal and the islands for a year or so, catch some fish, then maybe sell her here and get the 400 up there, or maybe the 400 here and sail her up.

Welcome Bob. I'm on my 2nd 36 as well. My first was a 1986 standard rig and my current boat is a 1991 standard rig. When I stepped aboard, the '91 looked just like my '86 inside. I said, "Wow, this is deja vu." And so, she is.
