On my 2005 Mk 11, in the large port cockpit locker there are 2 round access ports/hatches above the fuel tank. The cut off "valve" is accessible through the one which is closest to the compressor shelf.

There is also a red handle in the stern port locker that will do an emergency cut off for you.

Nancy, this is news to me. Are you saying the red handle is in the cockpit locker (of which there is only one, under the cockpit seat portside), or in the lazarette (of which there are two, one each stbd & port)? I've spent a lot of time working in all three spaces and I am not aware of a red handle fuel cutoff...in my boat, anyway. Perhaps it was something installed custom by your boat's prior owner???

You still have the red handle fuel cutoff at the helm, don't you?
