C36II Size of steps on transom/looking for artwork vendor

Hello
Got my boat from Tacoma, WA down to Long Beach, CA (great trip BTW.) Changed the name and the home port. Need to meet the USCG guidelines to put home port on on transom and name on sides.

I am currently away from the boat and want to order lettering and some simple artwork for name.
Can anybody offhand tell me size in height and width of the transom steps?

Also, any referrals for vinyl artwork and possibly cloth duplicate for sails for a cartoon picture and boat name? I used to just go down to local vinyl sign store and the in-house artist would drum something up. The internet has closed many of these local businesses. I've had poor luck finding an online business that meets my needs. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Cheers
Gene

The distance between the two through hulls are 32". I ordered my lettering from a sign shop. It was on vinyl 31" long and 4" high. You can stick them on.
