I can’t answer your question from personal knowledge but the 1984 Brochure says the 36 is available with a fin or shoal draft keel. The 1986 and foreword brochures says the boat is available with either a fin or wing keel. This leads me to believe that sometime prior to hull #91 the shallow draft keel was not a wing. Most likely someone will come along with first hand expert knowledge, but unit then I think you’re fine. Note that some brochures are available for review at the bottom of the community tab above.
