refrigeration unit noisy

I left my boat on the slip with the refrigeration unit running, came back 4 days later and the refrigeration unit is very loud.  It is skill keeping things cool, but very loud.  Any advice?

How about the fan and its bearings? I'd take off the grate and check it out.
