I.D.ing a replacement Head shower/faucet

Folks,

My C-36 is almost 20 years old. At least 10 years ago I replaced the factory supplied head shower/faucet with a smaller, very cool device I found at Strictly Sail in Chicago. Ten years later it has sprung a leak. I put the original faucet/shower head back in place, only to find that it also was leaking. Went to a consignment shop in Oriental, NC found an original, but it also leaks.

I'm trying to ID the manufacturer (model #, etc) of the one I have. Might have been a display of Scandinavian interior items (lights, faucets, handles, etc).

Look at the picture pasted in below. Some of the chrome base is covered up by black electrical tape (to stem the leak). If it looks familiar and you can ID a source would you please email me what every info you have on it.

There should be two photos attached... IF they are not viewable with this posting, can someone contact me and instruct me how to properly attach them?

Can some one familiar with the process of attaching a photo that is originally 1.1 MB, or has been saved as a word doc of 90.3 KB please either email me or call me with instructions.

I'd like other C36 folks to see this particular faucet so that it supplier might be identified.

Many thanks

W7 may have it built in. Open up file manager (I'm dating myself) and righ click on the jpg file, look at the menu.
