Hello all, 

I purchased my 97' C-36 a couple yrs back, with the original wind,speed,depth (Autohelm) instruments of which wind and speed are not working. I replaced the broken speed wheel transducer and it gave me reading that wasn't accurate. So I purchased the Raymarine I-50 Tridata instrument with the transducers to replace the old original Autohelm's. So I'm looking for some advice on how to go about rewiring or pulling the new 30ft bow to aft cockpit transducer wire which looks like it goes in and out of a maze of drawers, cabinets, and hidden compartments in the hull of the boat. Which to a Novice boat mechanic looks daunting. In a quick search in the forums here, it looks like I read that a few people just spliced the old wires to the new transducers and just installed (wired) the new Tridata LCD display in the old Navpod case, which Im still not sure fits. Being new to the site I've read a few articles' and looking forward to sharing idea's.
