Evening everyone,

The engine pulled the wrist pin right out of cylinder one suddenly yesterday while underway right after it got cleared by the mechanic. So were looking for a replacement/upgrade.
Were hopeing to go for a new yanmar 30hp if the insurance holds out. anyone have any experience switching to yanmar.
But in a worse case scenario and it doesnt. Anyone have any leads on a rebuilt yanmar 30hp or a universal m30. Were not looking for another m25xp it's just so underpowered.
The boats in beaufort North Carolina.
Any advice anyone wants to share feel free.
