I use NAPA for a lot of my supplies but I found the belt I got from them was slightly off is some dimension resulting in dust coming off the belt (I know, there could be other reasons for that) but once I got belts from Westerbek suppliers the dust stopped appearing with no other adjustments or changes.
I'd recommend going with the marine industry product. I get all my engine pats from Hanson Marine in Mass. They ship anything to you in a couple of days.

I'm not on the boat now but if you take the Universal/Westerbeake belt number to NAPA, it will come up with a replacement.

The belt on my boat is 15420

I use Westerbeke PN 030475 on my M35B
The Westerbeke/Universal 030475 is the original part for the M35B. The specs are 39.5 x 0. With info NAPA can confirm the right belt.
