Here is a good project for a rainy day (although it wasn't raining here...)
My transom railing port side was bent at the high chair part. It appeared as though a really heavy (gravity challenged) person had sat in the seat and bent the whole hanging part 1.5" down.
Eye sighting compared with the starboard side confirmed the measurement, and a slight angle bend could be seen on the longest lower tube heading back, just before the hanging seat section.
So, how to fix it?
Clearly it needed to be bent back in shape. But how?
A car jack seemed like a good way to apply the force needed.
But, it seemed almost impossible to get a good angle on the curved boat transom pushing upwards to under the seat at the aft-most part of the railing.
Plus, that force would surely rip the mounting screws out of the fiberglass hull and make a small problem a lot worse.
So I decided to go whole-hog and do it right.
I removed the railing from the boat and brought it home.
Then I went to the lumber yard and bought one sheet of 1" floor plywood.
I cut the sheet in half with a diagonal cut from long side to long side, making two identical trapezoids.
These two pieces were bonded together with resin to make a 2" sandwich, thick and strong as heck.
The railing unit was then mounted on this new plate-board using drilled holes, 3" bolts and big washers on the backside of the wood.
Once securely mounted to this unmovable piece of support wood, I brought in the automobile floor jack.
Using a small wood block with a groove as an adapter from jack top to round tube, I applied force upwards with the jack.
A few rounds of jack, bend, release, measure again, and I had corrected the bad bend, and truly straightened things out.
Remove from jig plate, take back to boat, re-install, tighten life lines, and now the transom railing and seat are all perfectly true and straight. No more dipping seat platform!
Cost me $45 for wood and bolts, but fixed a nagging problem "doin-it-right". Much cheaper than a replace.

I commend you for your creativity. I love noodling out problems like this and finding a solution.
In the future, I suggest you post the following sign to avoid further problems....
