Can you give us some more information on your boat? There's two different engines for Mk IIs. Perhaps an auto signature added through the UserCP would help. Exhaust flange is a pretty common fix and I'm sure someone here has done it and has the info you need but knowing the details of your boat is critical to getting the right info.
Having said, that, those parts are usually available through CatalinaDirect.com, they will also need to know your engine type though.
MarkII would most likely have the M35 engine. www.marinedieseldirect.com will have the blowup drawings of all the engine parts so you can get a part number. You need to buy one, not have your mechanic make one.
You WILL need to buy a new exhaust flange/manifold gasket. I recommend you buy two 'cuz they're hard to place on the studs and you can easily rip one to shreds. Good to have a backup.
Certainly it should have the M35, but there are three different M35s and while the M35 and M35A share some parts, the M35B shares virtually none with the others, being a totally different base engine. And the parts diagrams on Torreson's (the site you posted) are not accurate in that they do not differentiate between the various models very clearly, I found that out the hard way. So pretty important to know what this vessel has. A picture of the front of the engine will tell us as the M35B has a very different look than the M35A/M35. M35As were in the early MkIIs, not sure when they switched to the B though.
Bud, I haven't had to deal with M35s very much being an old school engine type, but there do seem to be different entries on Torreson's site for the three engines you mentioned. Don't know about the individual parts, but they should relate to the specific engines.

My original post should have said AN M35-type engine.
