Scupper Leaking

We recently have a great deal of water coming into the rear berth from above. We think its coming from the scuppers. The cockpit scuppers are draining out the exit opening. There doesn't seem to be any blockage. The scupper cockpit drain opening seems to be intact  with no cracking. The water tank intake filling hoses are intact no leakage noted. I'm not familiar with the scupper drainage channel / hoses but wonder if there could be a crack that is allowing water to leak into the boat while still flowing out the exit openings ?

I had a leak over the winter that I could not figure out.  I used the attached product to find it was the water heater had a pinhole.  You will only need a little bit, but I kept the remainder.  You could mix up a gallon or two and dump it in your cockpit.  It does not stain, but is easy to see the red water and it fluoresces as well.

I had such a leak that took me 2 years to track down. There was a cracked in the speaker cone that was installed on the lazarette lid that is on both sides of the steering wheel. I replaced both speakers.
