Home Depot. I used their best quality foam weatherstripping that is for outside doors. If that stuff can keep this winter's -35C weather out of my house it can just as easily keep the cold in the fridge! It's available in a wide variety of thicknesses and widths. There's probably a specialty material made for this but this stuff works great and is readily available and cheap.
