1 kOhm resistor alarmbuzzer

I try to locate the 1 kOhm resistor which should be somewhere in the electrical loop for the alarmbuzzer on the panel.
From the forum-posts I read that it should be somewhere near the lift-pump and that is very hard to locate but also in some electrical schemes it is indicated that it would be possible that this resistor is fitted. A bit confusing.

Weard thing is that now and then the buzzer is working when switching the contact-key, and when the buzzer is not working - a soft ticking noise can be heard. Most likely this could be caused by the fact that the buzzer fitted in the instrument panel is a 24V model whcih I believe is not correct also.
I expect to find here a broken connection to be honest.

It would be appreciated if a picture could be posted of the location and how it looks so that I have a guidance where to look for.

The clicking indicates a bad buzzer or soanalert and yes it is 24 VDC. I replaced mine recently. It has 2 inputs continuous and steady. The resistor is near the fuel pump and inside shrinking tubing.
