My companionway sliding horizontal hatch is cracked. any advice on where to go to replace it and how.

Enrique, I would suggest that you consider purchasing a solid piece of smoked Plexiglass that is at least an inch thick and cut it to fit. It seems to me that some of the 36's that I have seen over the years had this on their boats. Who knows, perhaps Catalina could supply you with a new one, although it may set you back auite a bit.

on my '97, it's more like 1/2" thick. There's not a lot of 'wiggle room' above it, so I don't think a 1" thick piece would fit. But Catalina may have changed that.
How'd you crack that thing?

Trying to push snow off my tarp during the winter. I stood on it (I'm 250#) pushing up on the tarp to remove the snow. The snow didn't move the plexiglass cracked instead. I understand sun and UV eventually makes them brittle.
