In order to unsubscribe from the list, you'll need to log in to your preferences page using the "Unsubscribe or edit options" button at the bottom of the page at ​http://list.catalina36.org/mailman/listinfo/list_list.catalina36.org. 

You will need the password that was assigned to you for the e-mail list. If you've forgotten it, you can have it sent to you from the same page.
