It looks like posting to the Website Support forum and adding a boat name are restricted to paying members. I'm not sure of the reasoning behind either of those, but I've changed the Website Support forum to allow any user with an acount to post to it since someone's website issue might be with buying a membership. Also, anyone can contact the webmaster for site issues from the About->Officers page.
