High Flight takes a well-earned breather at Seattle's Bell Harbor Marina after a 400NM trip from Portland, Oregon.

Crew Alan Somervell, super company onboard any boat, stands ready to defend against all invaders, or to march off aside the skipper to the nearest Seattle brew pub...one or the other.

A short walk (and an elevator ride) away is Seattle's Pike Place Market. Bell Harbor is a great urban stop, very scenic; but it *is* urban, with all the 24 hour sounds of a dynamic city.
