If you have forgotten either your password or your user name, you can request that an e-mail message be sent to you containing a one-use link to the password reset form. There you can set a new password for your account.

The password reset request link is in the login box on the front page. You can supply either your user name, or your e-mail address. Note that this must be the e-mail address used to join the site as a member, and that the message containing the link will be sent to that e-mail address.
